At Zama® Tea your satisfaction is our business. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of goods you purchased from us, please contact us at 714-884-3449 to obtain a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase Merchandise can be returned for refund or exchange.

Non-tea items must be in new condition and contain all original product packaging and unused. Open packages of tea may not be returned. When returning the product(s), please include your name, address, order number, and return authorization number on a separate piece of paper. Please note: we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
